By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the pk91 platform — including the website at pk91.pro, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, or any pk91 branded services — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk91 Privacy Policy and any other policies, guidelines, or rules incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pk91 platform and close any account you may have registered. Your continued use of pk91 following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

To register and maintain an account with pk91, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the pk91 platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, and third-party agents may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing pk91 from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pk91 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or licensing partners.
• You must not have previously had a pk91 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity.

pk91 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and address at any point. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification within a reasonable period may be restricted or closed.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account with pk91 at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your pk91 account. You must keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential. pk91 will treat any activity performed through your account as authorised by you, unless you have notified us in writing of a suspected breach of account security prior to the relevant transaction or activity.

• You must notify pk91 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• pk91 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Account details, including your registered email address, may only be changed by submitting a formal request to pk91 support accompanied by satisfactory identity verification.
• pk91 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including requesting source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals.

Your pk91 account is for your personal use only and must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate suspension of the account.

pk91 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the equivalent in USDT where applicable. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your pk91 account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. pk91 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from an unverified or third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your pk91 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary by method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending KYC completion for first-time or high-value withdrawals.
• pk91 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform, which vary by payment method. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take one to three business days.
• pk91 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawals will generally be returned via the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds being met.

pk91 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are offered at the sole discretion of pk91.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn.
• pk91 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• pk91 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect a player who has already validly claimed and begun wagering the bonus.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the pk91 bonus system — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear bonus funds — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and the suspension of the player's account.

All casino games available on pk91 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Sports betting odds and markets are set by pk91's sportsbook team and are subject to change prior to event commencement. Once a bet has been accepted by pk91, it is binding subject to the outcome of the relevant event.

pk91 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical fault, game malfunction, or software error has materially affected the outcome of a bet or game round.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant betting market has been settled, in accordance with the specific rules for each sport.
• Where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sporting fraud relating to the event in question.
• Where a bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means.
• Where clearly erroneous odds were offered due to a human or technical error, and where pk91 can demonstrate the error was material and obvious.

In the event of a game malfunction in a casino game, the round is void and all stakes are returned. pk91 liability for any technical fault is limited to the return of the player's stake for the affected round. No consequential losses, anticipated winnings, or other claims will be entertained in connection with a technical fault.

pk91 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and to promoting a safe, controlled gaming environment for all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available from within your account settings.

• Players who wish to restrict their account activity are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their pk91 account dashboard.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk91 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using the pk91 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create the appearance of activity from a permitted jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward pk91 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their express authorisation.

All content on the pk91 platform — including but not limited to the pk91 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk91 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk91 platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pk91 content without prior written authorisation from pk91.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk91 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the pk91 platform or any part thereof.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or accessed via the pk91 platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or maintenance periods affecting the availability of the pk91 platform.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, statistics, or other information published on the pk91 platform where such inaccuracies do not materially affect your ability to make informed betting decisions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit pk91's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk91 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any form of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• pk91's decision to withdraw its services from a particular jurisdiction or market segment.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to pk91's standard processing times and provided no fraud investigation is pending. pk91 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any such investigation.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk91 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned accordingly.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the pk91 platform or these Terms & Conditions, you should first contact pk91 customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pk91 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe, typically within five business days for standard matters.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an initial complaint, you may escalate the matter to pk91 management by clearly stating that you wish to escalate the complaint. All escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the pk91 team and a final position will be communicated to you in writing.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk91 holds its gaming licence. By accepting these terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through pk91's internal complaints process.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the original intent of the parties.

pk91 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — pk91 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the pk91 platform.

Minor or administrative updates, such as clarifications of existing terms or corrections of typographical errors, may be made without specific notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of pk91 following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any revised terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the pk91 platform and to close your account by contacting customer support.
